Return Policy
Must have proof of purchase
- Return window: 30 days from the delivery/purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all tags, stickers, manuals, and accessories included. Packaging (boxes) must be in new/resaleable condition.
- Non-returnable: All clothing/apparel is final sale (no returns or exchanges).
- Shipping: Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable).
- Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns (unless the item is defective on arrival).
- Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Manufacturer Warranty Policy
Must have proof of purchase
- We honour the manufacturer’s warranty on all eligible products.
- Warranty coverage typically lasts 1 year and applies to manufacturing defects (materials/workmanship), not normal wear, misuse, crashes, improper installation, neglect, or modifications.
- If you believe your item is a warranty issue, contact us with your proof of purchase, photos, and a brief description of the problem. We’ll help you start the claim and guide you through next steps.
Maintenance / Service Warranty Policy
We stand behind our work and want you to ride with confidence.
- Workmanship warranty: Any in-shop service is covered for 30 days for workmanship-related issues (e.g., an adjustment that doesn’t hold under normal riding).
- What we’ll do: Bring the bike/item back and we’ll re-check and adjust at no charge within the warranty period.
- Fair exclusions: This doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, contamination (e.g., dirty drivetrain), crashes/impacts, user adjustments after pickup, or new issues unrelated to the original service.
- Our goal: If something feels off, tell us early—we’ll work with you to make it right.
Privacy
- What we collect: name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address, order details, and payment confirmation (we don’t store full card numbers)
- How we use it: process orders, deliver products, provide support, handle returns/warranties, and send order updates
- Marketing: only if you opt in; unsubscribe anytime
- Sharing: only with trusted partners (payment processors, shipping carriers, ecommerce/website providers) or if legally required; we do not sell your personal information
- Cookies/analytics: used to improve site performance; manage via browser settings
- Your choices: request access, correction, or deletion (subject to legal requirements)
